Registration Fees are in Australian Dollars and are inclusive of GST
The Full registration fees include:
- All Conference sessions
- Morning/afternoon teas and lunch
- Welcome Reception
- Poster Session and Drinks
- Conference Gala Dinner

The Student Full registration fees include the same as the Full registration except for the Conference Gala Dinner. This ticket is NOT included in student full registrations and will be at an additional cost. Student rates are applicable to anyone currently enrolled as a part-time or full-time higher education student.
The Day registration fees include all Conference sessions on one day – Monday 30th, Tuesday 1st or Wednesday 2nd Dec 2026 – and daytime catering on the nominated day. Tickets to the Welcome Reception and Conference Gala Dinner are not included in day registrations and will be at an additional cost.
*Member rates are available only to those who hold individual ASCILITE membership OR who appear on the registered list of members for an institutional member.
**Student rates are applicable to anyone currently enrolled as a part-time or full-time higher education student.
